Step 2 for Fat Loss: Eat More (Good Nutrition)
The second part of losing fat is eating less calories, while maintaining essential nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Remember this does not mean hunger and deprivation!

Most people fail to achieve their weight loss goals not because they eat too much but because they don’t eat enough. They starve themselves then end up binging. If you’re always hungry then you’re doing something very wrong. If you have cravings for your favorite food, then you are human. The secret is to make your favorite foods…healthy foods. You will be surprised at how fast your body will respond to healthy nutritional choices and you will start to crave food you once avoided.

The Viance Ultimate Fat Loss Program is based upon eating smaller meals throughout the day. This is a lot easier than it sounds as we have provided you with everything you need to make this as simple as possible. If you don’t already have one, download our Program Guide for specific information.

Let’s look at a typical day while on Stage 2 of the Viance Program:

Breakfast – 1 serving of Viance Vitality Blend. If you are under 200 pounds a serving is one scoop, use 2 scoops if you weigh over 200 pounds. Just add 1 or 2 scoops to 12 to 16 oz of unsweetened almond milk, rice milk or almond water. You can use plain water if you wish, but the texture is a little rough. Shake it up in your Viance Blender Bottle and your done!

Mid-morning – You’ll have 1 Viance Nutrition Bar. These bars are a great complement to the Vitality Blend breakfast you had earlier. They have a perfect sugar content from all the fresh fruit they contain to keep you energized till lunch and they are also high in essential healthy fats that are so hard to get. You can have a serving of Ultra Slim with your Viance Bar or you can have a glass of water or non-dairy milk and have your Ultra Slim about an hour or so before lunch.

Lunch – Start off with a good leafy dinner salad if you can. You can add some grilled chicken breast for added protein, but go easy on the ranch dressing. Try to avoid fatty foods, white bread and fried foods. Turkey breast, lean roast beef, chicken breast, cottage cheese, fruits and vegetables are a great choice. You have already eaten twice today and drank plenty of fluids, so you shouldn’t feel the need to eat a big lunch. Check out our post on portion control to get an idea of a normal size lunch for your body type. Leftovers from last nights dinner is a good way to eat healthy without the hassle.

Mid-afternoon – same as mid morning. Have 1 Viance Nutrition Bar. You can have a serving of Ultra Slim with your Viance Bar or you can have a glass of water or non-dairy milk and have your Ultra Slim about an hour or so before dinner.

Dinner – Take advantage of our 90 Day (12 Week) Meal Plan for simple, healthy meals. We provide you with 6 days of dinner plans including shopping lists, sides and nutritional information. The idea is to shop on Sunday and do the prep work for the weeks meals also so you can have quick and hassle free meals all week. Sunday is for using up the weeks leftovers. You can adjust the servings to have leftovers for the next days lunch if you wish.

After dinner – take one serving of your Greens Formula a couple hours after dinner. You will love this after dinner alkalizing drink.

So that’s your basic nutrition while on the Viance Program. It’s a good idea to identify the healthy foods you enjoy and develop a daily routine. You can modify your routine as you become more familiar  with your new food choices.
